It is the classic model of single channel purchase. The customer enters a shop, negotiates with the sales consultant for the appropriate alternative, and buys the preferred product, service.

Multi-Channel

Customers can access information about products through multiple channels; shops, websites, emails and social media. As a result of their research, they do shopping through their preferred channel. In the Multi-Channel model, each channel focuses on its own operation rather than the customer.

Omni-Channel

The customer can have the experience of working with the whole communication process of the brand in the decision making process.   • Stocks in stores and all alternative channels are displayed instantly.
  • All channels of store, warehouse, online, mobile, etc. can perform sales from each other's stocks
